How do I delete my account?
Email us at info@pump-lab.com with your username. Deletion includes all workout data, subscription information, avatar (if any), and any other personal data associated with your account. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
Is my data backed up?
Yes. Your workout data is stored locally on your device and synced to the cloud. You can access your data from any device by logging in.
Can I export my data?
You can share individual workouts or your full workout history from within the app. To request a complete copy of your account data under privacy laws (CCPA, GDPR), email us at info@pump-lab.com.
The app isn't loading or looks outdated
Try a hard refresh: close the app completely, reopen it, and pull down to refresh. If using the PWA, you may need to remove and re-add it to your home screen.
How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
Subscription management is handled through your Apple ID. Open the Settings app on your device → tap your name → Subscriptions → Pump!Lab Premium → Cancel Subscription. You'll retain Premium access until the end of your current billing period.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds for subscriptions are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.
What happens when my subscription expires or I cancel?
Your account reverts to the free tier. Your workout history is preserved, but display is capped at the last 90 days. Re-subscribe at any time to restore full access.
Does Premium support Family Sharing?
Yes, Pump!Lab Premium supports Apple Family Sharing. See Apple's Family Sharing documentation for setup.
What is the Personalized Avatar feature?
Personalized Avatar is a Premium feature that generates an illustrated avatar from your face photo. The avatar can appear on your muscle map, on share-cards you create, and — if you enable Avatar Sharing — next to your name on the Leaderboard, in The Rack, and in Chat.
How do I delete my avatar?
Settings → Personalize Avatar → Delete Avatar. This removes the avatar from your device and from our servers (if you had Avatar Sharing enabled).
Why is Personalized Avatar restricted to 18+?
Personalized Avatar is restricted to users 18 and older. Biometric privacy laws place special requirements on collecting this data from minors, and we've chosen to limit the feature to adults. We collect your date of birth at opt-in to verify age.
Why is Personalized Avatar unavailable in Illinois?
Personalized Avatar is not available to users in Illinois. We've chosen not to offer this feature there due to specific requirements under the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA).
