Yes. Your workout data is stored locally on your device and synced to the cloud. You can access your data from any device by logging in.

Yes. You can share individual workouts or your full workout history from within the app.
The app isn't loading or looks outdated
Try a hard refresh: close the app completely, reopen it, and pull down to refresh. If using the PWA, you may need to remove and re-add it to your home screen.
