One number that captures your entire workout.

Pump!Score takes in everything you did and adjusts for your age, size, and gender. Lift heavy or run intervals — a 55-year-old woman and a 25-year-old man can go head-to-head on the same leaderboard, doing completely different workouts. Same score. Fair game.

It lives at the center of the app, on a color scale from light days to brutal ones. You learn to read it the way you read your own body. No vanity metrics. No streak-bait.

Is Pump!Lab free?

Yes. Pump!Lab is free at launch. A premium tier with advanced coaching and analytics is planned for later in 2026.

What platforms is it on?

iOS, available on the App Store. We're focused on making the iOS experience exceptional before expanding. Android is on the roadmap but not committed to a date.

Do I need an Apple Watch?

No. Pump!Lab works on iPhone alone. If you have an Apple Watch and use HealthKit, your steps and workouts will sync automatically — but it's optional.

How is the Pump!Score calculated?

Pump!Score takes in everything you did in a session — across strength, cardio, intervals, and yoga — and adjusts for your age, size, and gender. The result is one number on a color scale that lets people doing completely different workouts compete fairly on the same leaderboard.

Who is Pump!Lab for?

Anyone who works out — or wants to be more consistent at it. Pump!Lab is built as much for the casual gym-goer who needs the motivation to keep showing up as for the serious athlete tracking progress over years. Strength, cardio, yoga, intervals, or just walking more — it all counts, it all scores.

Is Pump!Lab medical advice?

No. Pump!Lab is a fitness tracking tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Always talk to a qualified healthcare provider about exercise if you have medical concerns.

What happens to my data?

Your training data is yours. We don't sell it. Workouts are stored in our backend so you can sync across devices, and HealthKit data stays in your Apple Health store. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
