Acceptance of Terms

By using Pump!Lab ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

User Conduct

When using the chat and messaging features, you agree to:

• Not post objectionable, abusive, harassing, or inappropriate content.
• Not impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity.
• Not use the messaging features for spam, solicitation, or illegal activity.
• Treat other users with respect.

Content Moderation

• Users can flag inappropriate messages for review by the Pump!Lab admin team.
• Users can block other users, which immediately hides all messages from that user.
• Flagged content is reviewed within 24 hours.
• Violations may result in removal of content and/or suspension or termination of your account.
• We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior.

AI Coach (Coach Max)

• Coach Max is an AI-powered fitness assistant that provides general fitness guidance.
• Coach Max uses Google Cloud's Vertex AI service. When you use Coach Max, your workout data, muscle scores, and profile information are sent to Google Cloud for processing.
• Your data is not used to train Google's AI models. Google may temporarily log interactions solely for abuse detection, after which logs are deleted.
• Coach Max does not provide medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program.
• You must consent to data sharing before using Coach Max. You can revoke consent at any time by clearing your app data.

Health & Fitness Disclaimer

Pump!Lab is a fitness tracking tool, not a medical device. The app's scores, metrics, and AI coaching are for informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions.

User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you create (workout data, messages). By using the social features, you grant Pump!Lab a limited license to store and display your messages to other users you communicate with.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, particularly regarding abusive behavior in the messaging features.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
